ACCESS UNABLE TO JOIN CONTROLLER

Hello All,

I have a 2504 WLC at the office, and about 2 AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9. We moved to a new office space and since then, the access points have not been able to join the controller.

I have attached the debug output.

Kindly assist!!!

Hello Andrew,

Many thanks for your response. I read through the field notice you attached and it was helpful.

I issued the commands below on the controller:

ap cert-expiry-ignore ssc enable

ap cert-expiry-ignore mic enable

In addition to the commands above, I changed the time on the controller to an earlier date and the Access points were able to register.

Thanks once more.
