Login to the Access point using GUI and go to HOME page.
You can see the option to configure the AP on left side of the GUI page there you have to click on Express setup and then you can configure the DHCP or Static.
Please look in to the below quick guide which has configuration steps with images.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/1300/quick/guide/br13qsg.html
Following example shows how to configure DHCP service on the Cisco AP using CLI
Cisco-AP01#configure terminal
Cisco-AP01(config)#ip dhcp excluded-address 172.16.0.1 – 172.16.0.50
Cisco-AP01(config)#ip dhcp pool ITKE
Cisco-AP01(dhcp-config)# network 172.16.0.0 255.255.255.0
Cisco-AP01(dhcp-config)#lease 20
Cisco-AP01(dhcp-config)#default-router 172.16.0.1
Cisco-AP01(dhcp-config)#end

Hello
Thx for your response but I've already configure static IP address on my access point. I need to configure DHCP server with GUI interface, no with command line.
