 Because of 'AIR-CAP3702E-E-K9 +  AIR-ANT2566D4M-R=' is not any longer available for the ordering,   what would be the direct alternative to this combination?

Especially in regards to AIR-ANT2566D4M-R=

Yes it is. 

Look at the "Wireless LAN Compliance Lookup".  1562i for Ukraine has a regulatory domain of "-E".  This means it is certified.

   The perfect replacement for 3702E access-point would be the 3802E or 3802P access-point. You can keep the current antenna (it fits for 38002P) or order a new one which fits your needs. Take a look in here:
