HI All
I have 13 x C9120AXI- aps plugged into a 2960 switch (POE). I am up to maximum watts capacity.
I would like to get one more AP onboarded.
Is there a way of tweaking the APs power on the following WLC please ?
Cisco Catalyst 9800-L Wireless Controller
Thanks in Advance

Plain 2960 only supports up to 15.4wac.
Catalyst 9k APs require, at a minimum, >25.0wac.
Anything below that and the AP will not power up.
The output from the command "sh power inline" shows the switch has ran out of PoE allowance.
There is nothing else to be done except get another switch or get a switch that is "FP" (higher PoE allowance of 750wac vs the current one of 375wac).

as per the output, as you mentioned you are out of power.
but one of the surprising was, same model AP different PoE consumption :
Gi1/0/15 auto on 30.0 C9120AXI-E 4 30.0
Gi1/0/16 auto on 15.4 C9120AXI-E 4 30.0
Gi1/0/17 auto on 15.4 C9120AXI-E 4 30.0
Do you see different config on the switch ports gi 1/0/16 and 17 compare to gi 1/0/15?
as other post given informaiton based on the AP power consumption listed in Datasheet for reference :

I don't think you want to try to tweak anything that can cause you issues latter on. Why not just buy a power injector or better yet, get another switch that you can use in the future for ap's or other PoE devices.

not sure what model of switch, uplift the PSU to get more device added, rather overload.

These are the flexible power options for Cat 9120 APs.
AP Model | Power source | Power Type | 2.4 GHz Radio | 5 GHz Radio | Link Speed | USB | Power Draw |
C9120AXI / C9120AXE | 802.3at | PoE+ | 4x4 | 4x4 | 2.5G | ON | 25.5W |
C9120AXI / C9120AXE | 802.3af | PoE | 1x1 | 1x1 | 1G | OFF | 13.4 W |
C9120AXI / C9120AXE | 802.3af | PoE | 2x2 | N | 1G | OFF | 13.4 W |
C9120AXI / C9120AXE | 802.3af | PoE | N | 2x2 | 1G | OFF | 13.4 W |
If possible move APs to different switch, so that you don't degrade AP performance.
If you add an extra AP, it may not get required power. You may try rebooting couple of existing APs with 30w power consumption once you add the new AP and they may come up with PoE power and the new AP gets enough power to run. Not tested, but you can try.
