In the Cisco switch, is the command "tftp flash:AIR-AP1850-K9-8-8-111-0.tar" present?

NOTE:  Don't use 8.8.111.0.  Use 8.5.135.0.

As Leo mentioned...

Either use 8.3.143.0 or 8.5.140.0 version software to upgrade.

- Enable logging on the tftpd server and check if there are any connections coming from the AP or not.

no i tested cisco switch with same tftp Server and .bin file

The error message states "TFTP response timeout". This means the AP is able to contact the TFTP server but the TFTP server is not handing out the file. This could mean the command "tftp flash:AIR-AP1850-K9-8-8-111-0.tar" may not be present.

I restart TFTP Serevr and used 8.5.135.0 Version then working fine, Thank you
