Hi,
We are running version 8.2.100.0 on two WLC 5508 in HA mode. When I enable my syslog server, a lot of theses message arrive periodicaly. Do somebody saw this on their controller ?
It's only on 2.4 band. Not on all AP.

- The particular error message indicates that there was an attempt to set an invalid channel on an AP (access point) managed by a Cisco 5508 controller. The message states that the channel being attempted to be set is channel 0, which is not a valid channel.
There are a few possible causes for this error:
There may be an issue with the configuration of the AP or the controller. Make sure that the AP is properly configured and that the controller is configured to allow the AP to operate on a valid channel.
There may be interference on the channel being used by the AP. If the AP is experiencing interference, it may be necessary to change the channel being used to a less crowded one.
There may be a problem with the hardware of the AP or the controller. If the hardware is faulty, it may need to be replaced.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following:
Verify the configuration of the AP and the controller to make sure that they are set up correctly.
Check for interference on the channel being used by the AP. If there is interference, try changing the channel being used by the AP.
Check the hardware of the AP and the controller to make sure that it is functioning properly. If the hardware is faulty, it may need to be replaced.
Last but not least , upgrade the 5508 to the last software version it can use : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282600534/type/280926587/release/8.5.182.0
