Hola necesito crear un nuevo SSID que solo permita el acceso a una URL especifica y bloquee todo lo demás, probé varias alternativas pero no logro conseguirlo.

Like Marce says that is not a WLC function - basically what you're asking for is content filtering.

If you really want to do something like that on the WLC you could try using an ACL:
If the domain has a known, fixed IP address (these days many web IPs change all the time in the cloud) then you could create an ACL which only allows DHCP, DNS and access to that IP address.  If the IP changes then your ACL will need to be updated.

URL based ACL for filtering was introduced in 5520 and 8540 from version 8.4, however it is not supported on old controller models including 5508.
