Can't change RF Channel Assignment and Tx Power Level

Just can't change radio parameters of RF Channel Assignment, Tx Power Level Assignment , all the option are grayed on  the 9800 WLC, within Configuration -> Wireless -> Access Point -> 2.4/5.0 ; is there a way change this? I just want to change de value of a TX Power from a global value to a custom  one and It's not been possible, is there a reason why? The ap model is C9120AXI-A.

  Do you have enouth provilege on the WLC ? 

Assignment Method should be available if you have enough privilege.

Did you change the Assignment Method under Role Assignment from Auto to Client Serving?

That's right, it has to be on Client Serving to make changes. Thank you
