We keep getting this when trying to log into our new installed cat9800 WLC (see attached image) . Any suggestions about what the issue might be?

When you access via console
Ip https is enable or not?
Ip http is enable or not?
If ip http and ip https enabled and you can piny wlc9800 then change browser.

- Have a checkup of the cat9800 WLC configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output into :
Wireless Config Analyzer
Also check the logs with the CLI command show logging when trying to access the web interface ,

What is the Version of code running on Cat WLC 9800 -
I have seen this issue some Chrome browser, and works with EDGE and FF.
You can also view the Logs in WLC what is wrong ? if you have access to WLC SSH CLI.

1. Did you check the WLC logs?
2. What version of IOS-XE is the WLC running?
Refer to the TAC recommended versions link below - currently: 17.9.4 + SMU_CSCwh87343 + APSP (as needed) OR 17.9.4a + APSP(as needed) for all deployments.
3. Have you followed the best practice guidelines (link below) - in particular the number of VTYs which are needed for the GUI to work correctly?
4. As Marce says the Config Analyzer will also report most things which are not in compliance with best practice and any common config errors.
