connect the console cable and post complete boot logs here.

high level it trying to connect to WLC in the process as per my experience of this RED - GREEN

do you have WLC in the environment ? if so does the AP get IP address from DHCP and you have option 43 to join WLC ?

yes we do have WLC. first thing that i do is unplug then replug the AP to the Switch it works but after 3 days it starts to give red and green blink led status it is also unable to ping now. the AP to high to reach.

RMA the AP.

If you don’t have maintenance on your APs (we never do) you can’t call TAC.  However, APs have a lifetime warranty, but you have to return/replace them through your vendor.

Lifetime Hardware Warranty does not require a maintenance contract.  Just contact TAC, provide proof of ownership and wait for the replacement unit to arrive.  That's it.  

that information is helpful, when that occurs have you collected any Logs from AP.

if this keep happening raise TAC for RMA.
