Cisco 9100 series AP

Hi

According to the 9800 WLC datasheet each access point should have a DNA subscription to connect with the controller. Also from the APs datasheet, each access point should have a DNA subscription while it is ordered and it's essential and advantage license will operate while the DNA expires. Does this mean that we will still controll each aps even if after the DNA subscription expired?

Thanks

Yonas

When DNA license expires, and there is no DNAC appliance, nothing is going to happen to the WLC and/or APs.

Like Leo says if you do not use DNAC then you do not need to worry about the subscription expiring because that is for DNA essential/advantage.  The network essential/advantage is included with the DNA license and is perpetual so does not expire.
