Thanks @marce1000

In the dashboard there is a CPU and memory utilization i need to know the normal ranges for them and

WLAN with highest client : Data usage  what exactly is that..

  - A very important CLI command to check for that is :  show platform resources

There are dozens of documents which you can refer to for 9800:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/series.html

Beyond that you'll find various Cisco Live presentations if you search for specific topics as well as Cisco webinars and blogs and videos from other experts.  Start with the Cisco config guides and references and then search for individual topics you want to know more about.  Also refer to the Best Practices guide (link below) and the TAC recommended releases.

17.12.x is the latest extended support release train but it's quite new.  If you want a more mature release train then look at 17.9.x.  Many people prefer to wait for at least the second maintenance release of a new train before deploying to production because there will usually be more bugs than average in the first release (17.12.1) which get fixed in the second release (17.12.2).
