Cisco air 2802I joined to WLC Radio was down

some body help I have change new AP with same model in the network when joined to the WLC2504 everything look fine but the radio Oper was Down also cleanAir oper status Down

Only 10 APs, so it very easy to find out.  

Go to 802.11a/n/ac Radios > Detail.  Identify which AP has the radio down. 

Go back to Monitor > All APs > Detail and look at for the same AP.   Go to the Interface tab.  Look at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen under Regulatory Domain.  What does it say?

Yes, this is a relatively obvious phenomenon. We can see that the PoE of the AP cannot be negotiated, so Radio0 and Radio1 cannot be up, so I suggest cross-testing or use the power injector to supply power to see if the AP is working properly.

is the AP connecting to the switch, check on the switch is the AP getting enough power?
