Cisco AP 2802i Not Joining with WLC-2504

Hi All,

Cisco AP 2802I-E-K9, AP Running Image 8.2.130.0, Couldn't joint with WLC-2504 software version 8-2-130-0.But AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 can register with WLC and working fine.  getting below error from the AP2802I

Keep getting the same error. This is new installation and doesn't have Service contract witch Cisco.

It is already enabled.

Hi Sandeep,

The radio issue was because of the PoE. I connected it to a PoE+ switch and both the radios came up. Thanks for your support.

If I am not wrong, the AP require 802.at PoE+, but I have connected it to 802.af PoE. May be that's why the radios are down. So I'll connect it to a PoE+ switch and update.

Or is it something to do with the certificate error? I read it somewhere and when I changed the time on the controller to a previous date, the error showing is different.

This is strange, it should use UDP port 5246 (not sure 5256 indicate actual port it use or it is cosmetic error)
