so 17.12.3 is better than 17.09.05?

Does it have any bugs? please help me to choose the best one. I can't afford to have more downtime.

cheers

                      - You should go to 17.12.3 , probably even 17.12.4 ,
17.9.x is considered End Of Life ; in these complex ages there will always be bugs , but it must be seen
from a context that  the improvements should always be more important then (remaining) bugs ,

We have dumped 17.9.X because it is FUBAR.

We are currently on 17.12.3 and have started testing/migrating to 17.12.4.

1. Every version of code has bugs - just about selecting the one which has the least number of bugs affecting the features you use and testing it.
2. Always refer to the TAC recommended code - link below.  TAC are still recommending 17.12.3 but there are a number of crucial fixes in 17.12.4.
3. I would normally say use the TAC recommended option but like Leo and others we have dumped 17.9 and moved to 17.12.4.  Note that there are SMUs and APSP (which address a number of WLC and AP bugs in 17.12.4) available which should be installed together with 17.12.4.
4.  And always remember to COMMIT after you upgrade!
