Greetings,
Kindly advise how to check and rectify cisco outdoor AP1542I for not powering up. The WAPs are connected to 9200 series POE switch and the switch ports are able to power other devices when connected.
End user found that 4 out of 18 installed outdoor 1542 were not powering up after rain. The WAP were installed vertically on the outdoor walls of a warehouse.

Was there a lightning storm before the APs went offline?
Were the grounding lugs installed and ground wire installed correctly?

May ports damaged, what is the logs you see on the devices, do you see enough power on the switch ?
1. test working AP on the not working Switch port is the PoE supply power and working AP working on not working ports to define what is wrong ? is the AP or Switch port ?
most probable AP i see since you mentioned other device works on the same Switch port and get Power.

Have you tested the cables (water in cable)?
Since you say the switch ports work with other APs that implies nothing wrong with switch ports which points to faulty AP if the cable is good. Then you need to get onto AP console port to check what you see there but you are probably looking at 4 x replacement APs.
