Hello, I have little experience in wireless and I work for a company that wants to build a wireless solution, up to 10 APs. This solution is also to serve laptops, smartphones and tablet's. Our switching is Cisco, but one supplier said that we would be better served with an HP solution, with a controller MSM710 Procurve. Is it really a good solution, Cisco offers something better? What are the advantages if you buy Cisco?
Thanks

I think Cisco is the better approch becuase their support is great. Cisco's Wireless TAC engineers rock. If you have an issue with Cisco wirless you have forums like this and google to find pretty much anything you need. HP, on the other hand doesnt, or at least that has been my expereince. Ive worked on Cisco for 15+ years, sound company and product.

In addition there is the extensive and comprehensive wireless training that Cisco offers for it's products, all the way through from CCNA Wireless through to CCIE Wireless.

I know that with Cisco in support and training and in documentation I'm very well served. But I wanted to show in terms of features like Cisco CleanAir and performance the advantages that I would have if we buy Cisco.
thanks

Other than Cisco, no other wireless manufacturer has a feature similar (or close to) CleanAir.
