The new WAP AIR-AP2802I-B-K9 successfully connected/provisioned on WLC 9800 but the Radio interfaces remain down:

WLC 9800 works in different way - have you created Profile and TAG ?

While I was looking around, I discovered that the AIR-AP2802I requires a POE+ network switch but our network switch has basic POE (15.4 W) only and it will be replace now

Post the complete output to the command "sh ap name RES_CMTOffice tag info".
