Hello,
We have bought a Cisco 3500 Wireless Controller and some access points Cisco AIR-AP2802-E-K9 , i have read the software compatibility matrix about the software releases but i'm not sure enough ,are there solutions for this 2 devices to make them work?

Hi,
Cisco 3504 controller does support 2800 series access points.
Cisco 2800 series APs require a minimum Unified Wireless Network Software Release of 8.2.111.0 or later.
Cisco 3504 controller require a minimum AirOS code of 8.5
TAC recommends AireOS 8.5.140.0, which supports 2800 series APs.
