Connecting parking lots

Does anyone have a good way to connect two parking lots with wireless coverage? I have a parking lot approximately 3/4 of a mile from the main building where I am being asked to put a single AP up for a hot spot. Does anyone know a good way to set this up without running any network fiber out to the parking lot? There is already power in the parking lot to run the lights. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If your solution requres no wires to the APs at the parking lot then use mesh links to the APs.

you could bridge across teh 5GHz radio and offer 2.4GHz services.

Well like what was mentioned you can bridge or use mesh. The question is... You have line of sight and or obstructions in the way. Mesh would work but you would need the 1552EU so you can attach a patch to the 5ghz side to reach out that far.

If you were to use an AP as a bridge you might have to look at enclosures etc. your best bet to use a bridge is to look at the Cisco Exalt r5005. You would then run an Ethernet connection to a building if possible with an AP or use an outdoor AP like the Cisco 1300 or 1400 which are EOS but you might find them cheap online.
