Differences between a reset and factory reset on C9120AXI-B

What are the actual differences or advantages/disadvantages of doing one over the other? thanks!

as per i know reset device means to factory default - that means all the config gone to Factory defaul, just like out of the box (as new)

this can be performed from CLI or reset button.

The command "reset" is just cold reboot/reload of the platform. 

Factory-Reset is an attempt-to-wipe configuration-related files off a platform.
