Disconnection issue at WLC catalyst 9800

User are facing intermittent disconnection can anyone suggest what can be the problem

What is the firmware of the controller?

What is the model of the APs?

Is this affecting only one user or multiple users?

What wireless client is used, smartphone, tablet, laptop?

with this informaiton - no one can guess what could be the issue.

you need to troubleshoot and collect information.

1. what are the clients who are disconnecting, what devices ?

2. is this only Phone or PC ?

3. Have you tried updating drivers ?

4. what AP Models ? what Frequency ?

  - Have a checkup of the 9800 WLC configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output to : Wireless Config Analyzer
    do not use simple show tech as input for this procedure 

   - Further engage in full client debugging according to https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity , these debugs can be analyzed with Wireless Debug Analyzer

  - Outputs from the commands mentioned in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/217738-monitor-catalyst-9800-kpis-key-performa.html#anc5 can also be useful

  - What software version is the 9800 controller running , go for 17.12.3 if applicable

Your software should be up to date per the TAC recommended link below. 

Follow all the steps mentioned by the others above.

If the laptops have Intel WiFi adapters install the latest driver from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html

Review Cisco Networking for a $25 gift card
