Hi All,

So I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this.
there are a lot of tickets being generated by DNAC with the following.
The 5GHz radio on the AP [ap name] has exceeded the 85% threshold and is currently experiencing 86% utilization. This is impacting [amount] client(s).
the threshold and utilization is different everytime and also the AP is different everytime

What model of AP and what version of software is it (and the WLC) running?
There are a number of bugs which can cause this so you need to make sure your software is up to date to resolve those.  See TAC recommended link below.

Start by checking why such high utilization on the radios on the WLC.

If it is in 2.4 GHz one, consider there are lot of transmitters using this band, if it is on 5-GHz band, check what could be happening, and if it's only on certain channels.
