EHSA standby Down Issue during WLC 9800 Redundancy

As shown in the attached capture, infinite redundancy iteration occurs as EHSA standby down during the redundancy process of 9800.

The version is 17.9.4a.

 - Have a checkup of the primary WLC 9800 configuration using the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output into :

Get onto the failed 9800 console and check the current state of the unit then look for crashinfo or core files then open a TAC case providing "show tech wireless" and any crash or core files and the logs from both chassis.
