When I configuring APs with H-REAP with multiple VLANs. Do I have to trunk the APs LAN interface and Switchport?

Yes, ports are in trunk mode.
Hope it helps

let me take that one step further. You can use a trunk or access ports for AP connectivity. The LWAPP tunnel will cross over either. I have deployed these over a MPLS network over switch port.

For an H-REAP AP, you need to trunk only the vlan your ap management ip address is on and any of your vlans you wish to put wireless users on (local switching). If you are centrally switching any SSID's, you do not need to add those vlans to the trunk port.
