Hi,

When we generate heatmap , Do we  select only 5 ghz frequency or we have to design for 2.4 also ?

The below parameter is ideal for an education institutaion

Requirement 100Mbps@Everywhere

Coverage requirement >=-65dBm
Capacity requirement   Phone*8Mbps(720P Video)
Concurrency rate 70%
SINR requirement >=9dB
Coverage compliance 98%
Capacity compliance 97%
SINR compliance 54%

Thanks

Always design for 5.0 Ghz, 40 Mhz channel width, however, for a school/university, put an AP in every classroom.

Depends on customer requirement.  But your 2.4 coverage is generally better than 5.0 so as Leo says design for 5.  Customer will usually expect to see the heatmaps for both bands.
