hi,
we use cisco 4400 WLC. We want to move it from http to https/
how can we do it?
Also, how can assign public IP to wlc so that we can access it tru internet?

Enable HTTPS on the WLC..
config network secureweb enable
assign the public IP to the WLC management int and the switch should be able to route the IP then possible or may be, u can go for 1:1 mapping between ur internal and external ip mapping for WLC ip and the external IP so that u can access.. May be for ur second question security firewall section is the right forum to get the right resourse..

yes enabling HTTPS requires Reboot i guess... from the GUI its
WLC >> Management >> HTTP-HTTPS

when i enabled it from cli mode, it asked me to reboot.
but when i did the same from gui, it didnt ask for the reboot.
