iPhone 11 Pro iOS 13 unable to reconnect to WLAN

Hello

 

we have a wireless network with C9800-CL and access points 9115ax. AuthC and authZ is made by ISE with EAP-TLS.

 

Every device is working fine, except iPhone11 Pro. It connect to the WLAN smoothly. However, if we left the office and then return, the iPhone does not reconnect automatically. We need to remove the WLAN and add it again.

 

Has anyone seen this?

How did you configure WLAN security? pls, attach a screenshot of WLAN -> Security -> L2 settings to see.

Also what version of code you running on 9800?

Thank you for the output. You doing standard 802.1X  here.

 

How about Fast Transition setting on the same page. Did you leave it to "Adaptive" which is the default setting or you disabled it. 

If it is Adaptive FT, I would check with disabling that and see if that makes any difference.

Thank you Rasika, I will give it a try but the issue happens even when the user is at his desk. There is no roaming.

How does that affect client roaming? if you can share bit more info, that may be useful to many of us in this forum
