Can you clarify:
- what is "bim planning"?
- what is a "revit family"?
I've never heard either of those terms before?

hello,
I find it scary when employees of such a company have neither heard of BIM nor Autodesk Revit!??
But that already answers the question... thank you

These forums are not staffed by Cisco employees - they're other people just like yourself. Just because you use certain products doesn't mean everyone else should. We all have different use cases and businesses so everyone has different requirements. If you're going to make comments like that to the people you're asking for help from then you're probably not in the right place - we try to help each other here by sharing our knowledge and experience where possible. I'd suggest you talk to the vendors of the products you're using.
