isr-ap1100ac password reset (embedded Wireless AP)

Hello, I have an ISR-1100-4PWE with the embedded AP - isr-ap1100ac.

I need to reset the AP's password (I can access the router itself fine). I have tried the command - 

hw-module subslot 0/2 error-recovery password_reset

but this doesn't seem to do anything. Or maybe I am using the wrong 'default user/pw' (Cisco/Cisco?)

Please can someone assist! Thanks...

Hi, maybe it's premature to try and login via the Web GUI. Currently the module is saying 'waiting for preferred uplink IP address' and repeating that message every 30 or so seconds.

Please advise!

try upgade to any latest version and test it.

hw-module subslot 0/2 error-recovery password_reset reset the AP but the AP boots to the a WLC login. Is there a command that will reset both so you don't have to login with the recover-config user and have to wait for it to boot again?

No they're different operating systems and that's the way they work. 

Make a note of the username and password you choose so that you don't have to do password recovery again.
