AP9300 - what is the correct model?
why does that time show 01/01/1970 ?
is the AP working as expected? and only have a console issue?

All are the same models ( one works rest all have the same issue ?) i have not experienced this issue anytime before.
Try reset to the factory and testing it. also, have you tried different baud rates? (just to check) - since you confirmed one working I don't expect to be baud, but worth testing.

There are numerous USB console cables around which will not work at all or will not work properly with Cisco APs.
Generally cables based on genuine (not fake) FTDI chipset are very reliable.
If it's Prolific or some other chipset - good luck.

Thanks for your reply. Do not know why the issue disappear without any treatment
