Mexico regulatory domain

What is the regulatory domain in mexico? I have reviewed the information from Cisco, and I see conflicting information, because in some places is domain-A and other is-N domain. Can I operate on 1-11 indoor channels or only from 2450 to 2483 MhZ?

Has anyone done any wireless project in Mexico?

Thanks

Note Mexico is included in the Americas (-A) regulatory domain; however, channels 1 through 8 are for indoor use only while channels 9 through 11 can be used indoors and outdoors. Users are responsible for ensuring that the channel set configuration is in compliance with the regulatory standards of Mexico.

Special Country Restrictions

Table 3-4 lists special restrictions for wireless operation in some countries.
