 - Have a checkup of the mobility express AP's configuration using ; WirelessAnalyzer input (procedure) for AireOs controllers
and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer

I have never used the airprovision SSID. I always use console and SSH to do base config from CLI.
Once you have base config done you can connect to GUI over LAN and finish your setup.

So I suggest erase the config using mode button https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-2/b_Mobility_Express_Deployment_guide/b_Mobility_Express_Deployment_guide_chapter_0110.html#:~:text=Hold%20the%20button%20depressed%20for,will%20broadcast%20the%20CiscoAirProvision... or via CLI https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-mobility-knowledge-base/how-to-reset-a-wireless-lan-controller-wlc-to-factory-defaults/ta-p/3122866 and then use CLI for base config and then access the GUI via LAN to finish your config.
