There is no concept of trusting QoS on WLC. Since WLC connected to switch, what matter most is how you configure QoS trusting on that switch port.
It is recommended to go with turst DSCP everywhere. More precisely AP connected switch ports and WLC connected switch ports. Wireless use original IP packet (not CAPWAP header) DSCP details to derive any other QoS values (set UP value in MAC header for downstream traffic AP->Client , set 802.1Q Priority when WLC send traffic to Wired site on a trunk link)
That 4 profiles (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) does not do anything other than set max DSCP values set in the outer CAPWAP header. Pls have a look this short video by Jerome Henry explains it well
