RED light is flashing continuously on Access Point AIR-AP2800, does not join WLC

Access Point AIR-AP2800 does not join WLC. I see a RED light is flashing continuously. Tried reconnecting but the same issue. Can someone advise on this, please?

If the LED is flashing RED then it means the AP is most likely to be stuck in u-boot.
