Replacement Power Supply for AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9

Hi there

Where can i get a replacement oower supply for the AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9 access point? When i mail to Cisco Switzerland (cs-support@cisco.com), i don't get any answers. And i wrote at least 5 mails (in 3-4 weeks) but i never got an anwser. This is not serious in my opinion.

So where the get an original replacement for the AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9? Maybe from another supplier if Cisco is not interested to make business with me. E.g. from a reseller shop, distributor, used or refurbished ones - whatever.

Thank you very much for your feedbacks.

With kind regards from Switzerland,

Jan

Send me a PM with your private (Swiss) address and I can send you one. They are one step before trash here.

Oh and no, that P/N is the wrong model.

Hi,

cs-support shouldn't be used to report faulty parts. Have you raised RMA/TAC case? Please check below:

Its already end of sale.

Replacement product for 3702I AP is 3802:

here is the info:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-3700-series/eos-eol-notice-c51-740710.html

AIR-AP3802I-E-K9

If youstill wnat to use 3702 then would have to purchase the pwrinj4 from another place.

And: The only one power supply i have (but i have 3 access points) is the one with that data:

P/N:
34-1977-03 Ao

Model:
PSA18U-480C

Input:
100V-240V

Current:
0.5A

Frequency:
50-60Hz

Output volts:
48V

Output current:
0.38A (=380 mA)

Is that one equivalent to the one you told me, the "pwrinj4" ? Or is it the wrong one??

Thank you very much for your feedback.

With kind regards,

Jan
