Need to RMA an access point. Please let me know what info you need.

It's difficult if you don't have a support contract.  If its a new ap, then like what Rich mentioned, call tac and see if its within the limited lifetime warranty.  Like what Leo was asking is that there might be some Field notices that you might be able to get a replacement.  Try opening a TAC case if you have support.

What is the model of the AP?

It is an Air-AP2802I-B-K9

2800 is covered under Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.  There is no need for a Service Contract to RMA the AP.
