The Web interface of 1832 wireless AP can not be accessed, how to reset to the factory default configuration.

Now I have a 1832 wireless AP, the current wireless network’s working is normal,
but can not access the web interface, I would like to reset the factory settings from the external.
who can tell me how to do ?

Hi,
and did you try console connection?

If you have password you can connect over console and remove configuration from flash.

If not, then connect to AP only console cable, press mode button and connect power.
When text "mode button is pressed. Waiting for release..." is displayed then hold it for next about 30 seconds and then release.
You should go to ROMMON mode, where you can remove configuration from flash.

I have similar experience with 2702 AP.

Response of web interface is very slow. Loading of webpage take sometimes more than 10 minutes.

I think that this doesn´t have solution and AP can be configured  over CLI, or very slowly through web page.

However you can stop HTTP service with commands:
no ip http server
no ip http secure-server
and start again with commands:
ip http server
ip http secure-server
but I think that these commands will not help.

Thank you very much for your quick repsonse.

I tried this is command however is seems that because i am using the cisco mobility express it doesnt recognise IOS commands. 

Your assistance has put me in the right direction for troubleshooting.

my web management pages times out nearly straight away but 10 mins seems along time to wait for a page to load.

I have this issue to, it feels like a bug in the software. I can see the device is working because i can CLI onto it.

Is there a way to restart the web interface, as rebuilding the device isnt an option in our enviroment.
