The manual sadly doesn't offer much. But I think if you enable 802.11n or better 802.11ac, WMM should be enabled by default. U-APSD disabled typically means that this feature on the client is disabled (which is a good thing in most networks).
I sadly didn't find more information about it. You might need to open a TAC for this.

Thank you very much for the response!
Do you need a service contract to open a TAC? I just bought these Cisco 240AC APs from Amazon.

Support varies by country but it looks like there is mostly free warranty support for 1 year after purchase:
But TAC requires a contract.

Hello,
I found the online chat from the link you provided. It claims to be open from 9AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday in the USA. However, I've been checking it constantly since you linked me there and it always says "Chat Offline". Is the chat support defunct? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sorry no idea, never used it myself as we have TAC support. I guess you'll just have to phone.
You could also try different browsers and make sure nothing getting blocked that might stop chat from working.

The chat was showing online this morning. I started a session. After retyping my lengthy problem explanation, I was disconnected. And now the chat is showing as offline again (starting roughly at 10:20AM eastern time).
This is the first time I've purchased Cisco products. I thought they were the gold standard in networking equipment but this is really getting ridiculous.

I ended up making secondary wifi networks around the building with random old Asus and Linksys routers to cover the temperature sensors. One of the reasons I did this upgrade from Ubiquiti devices to Cisco was because my parent company passed down the requirement that all device firmware be audited and updated every six months. The Ubiquitis were EOL so I thought these nice Cisco APs would make my life better. Now I have a bunch of disparate EOL hardware around the building that's probably actually vulnerable to some attack types. Oh well. If I ever get budget again, I can upgrade the IoT temperature sensors to something that works with the Cisco APs.
In any case, I really appreciate you guys responding to my questions and trying to help.
