Topology, PC--CISCO AP -- CISCO WLC (version WLC from 8.5.135 to 8.5.182) -- Cisco ISE

The output is not formatted to make it easy to read. Why not attach it as a text file? Also, provide more details on your environment.

What does the ISE logs show? You always need to look at both the wireless and the radius. Even for the wireless, you can get information on what has happened. Look up “netsh show wlan reports”. Take a look at all three and see if one of those helps identify the issue.

What model of network adapter are you using and what is the driver version?

You still didn't mention the driver version. Anyway start by making sure it's at least up to date with latest 22.100.1.1 - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html
But that looks like the same driver as the AX201 which still has known issues so the 9560 might be similarly impacted. If you search the forums for AX201 you'll see the discussion on that. Intel is working on a new driver which is believed to resolve those issues but it has not been released yet. If you want to test the fixed driver then you must request it on the Intel forum.

Reach out to Intel and request an updated driver version.
