Wireless end devices intermittently ping timed out

Hi,

I have an issue which the wireless end devices intermittently Ping timed out to Lan gateway, Lan devices and Internet as well which all timed out concurrently.

I had disabled the A ,B/G low data rates but problem still persists.

Will like to know any others possibility?

My controllers is 9800 CL and running with FlexConnect and firmware is version 17.3.3.

Appreciate if anyone could give some idea.

I'm not sure if I correctly understand the problem here. Do those clients loose the possibility to communicate on the network?

In what state are they on the controller?

Hi,

I just check and found the wireless user laptop has no disconnected from wireless however the ping test to own subnet gateway and others segment has randomly timeout. The pattern is like the ping latency will occasionally spike to 700ms and above then continuously few timeout and back to normal latency.

I'm use another another laptop with LAN cable connection with different subnet ping to this problematic wireless user subnet gateway SVI interface ip address and found the time out as explain at above but not for the AP ip address subnet, so I believe it might be the LAN SVI problem instead of Wireless issue.
