Hi,
I have an issue which only 1 user cannot join the SSID but others user working fine, i had capture the log at Cisco WLC 5508 and found the error as below, anyone can please help on what is the error about?

Connect to the WLC and enter the command "debug client
Post the entire association/authentication process without any alteration.

Typically is many users have issues, it a wireless issue. When it's one or two, it's a device issue. So one user out of how many?
Rule of thumb is to make sure the device drivers are up to date and delete the wireless profile and add it back, reboot the device and see if that works.
