Hi Community
What is the command to set both radios to run at 5 GHZ only. Our controller is an 5520 running 8.10.183.0. Most of the AP's is 9120, and they should be capable to run both radios on 5 GHZ.
But I can't find the commands nesccsary to do this
regards
Peter

Wireless > Access Points > Radios > 802.11b/g/n > (select configure in dropdown option appear right side of the row for each AP) > Admin Status > Disable (from GUI)
From CLI :
ap name <AP_NAME> dot11 24ghz shutdown

AP name command is only for renaming an AP - so that is not the relevant CLI command on a 5520 WLC. Your suggestion via the GUI interface only kills 2.4 GHz, but it does not provide 5 GHz on the first radio.

Sure the Option i was provided thinking that you want to disable 2.4 and enable only 5GHz
check below option may help you - never tested myself both the bands using 2.4gh or 5GHz

You need to enable Flexible Radio Assignment.
