Wlc 9800 won't push DNS/domain changs to some AIR-CAP2702I-A-K9 AP.

We have a WLC-9800  controlling  AIR-CAP2702I-A-K9. we setup up AP's Ipconfig section  original DNS to exp 1.1.1.1/example.com.

We now need to change it to 2.2.2.2/example2.com.  using the Wlc gui I can change the values, but the AP will not keep the updated info.  I have rebooted, the AP and tried pushing out the changes 2-3 times.

Are you configuring WebAuth on c9800 controller? If you are, have a look at the following configuration guide and make sure you follow the steps listed.

No my AP's are already registered to controller, just trying to change the DNS and domain values inside the 2700 AP via the Wlc 9800.

Have you checked you're on the latest code which supports the Wave 1 APs?

I am on 17.3.3. looking to go to 17.3.4c out of 186 Ap's maybe 10 won't take change. All running same code.
