WLC - Failover users from one guest Anchor to other

***Foreign & Anchor WLC 5800 ver: 8.2.166.0***

I have 4 WLCs. 2x WLC in HA as foreign controllers. 2x Anchors in DMZ. On the foreign and anchor WLCs, there are two  guest SSIDs configured. Guest1 and Guest2. For each guest SSIDs in foreign,  WLAN > Mobility Anchor > both Anchors A & B are added as Priority 1 and 2 respectively. Clients from both SSIDs are showing up in Anchor_A and none on Anchor_B. What is the safest way to failover all clients for one or both SSIDs to Anchor_B without shutting down Anchor_A ports or unplugging the power? I understand that clients have to re-authenticate.

You can remove the anchor on the foreign controller in the wlan.
