NETWORKERS_APAC@publicisgroupe hi, upgrade the OS to recommended version.8.5.182.0. make sure your all Access points are compatible to the new OS version before upgrade.

 Sounds like the bug CSCuw03414. If you can, upgrade it.

 - As already mentioned ; software version is way too old , go for :
                  8.5.182.12 (8.5.182.13 for 3504s)

   As denoted in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html
  which these days must be considered mandatory ,

@Kasun Bandara 8.5.182.0 is out of date and affected by a number of critical bugs (including security vulnerabilities). 
As per Marce's reply the correct version for 5508 is now 8.5.182.12.
