Today, (Sep 1) the WiFi Alliance gave it press release for WPA2. Them gave mention that Cisco 1200 Series Access Points with integrated 802.11a and 802.11g radios will have wpa2 support. Does that include the 802.11b only Access Points?
Also, what code Rev is going to be the first that supports WPA2?

Cisco's 802.11b products will not support WPA2; they don't have the processing power for AES.
The 1200's G radio module does have AES capability; likewise the 1100. However, the current crop of the A radio module does not; there's supposed to be a new version of the A module out 'soon'.

I have 1200 Series with 12.2(15)JA
There is an option to use AES encryption
Is this WPA2 a different form of AES or is it just too much overhead?

I've heard that IOS 12.3.X will have support
for WPA2, according to Cisco this new firmware
are planned to be released Q4 - 2004.
WPA2 will only be supported in .a and .g radios.
