A9K-MPA-8X10GE linecard show UNKNOWN state: UNPOWERED

Hi

When I insert an A9K-MPA-8X10GE linecard into an ASR9010 I get the following error:

shelfmgr [416]:% PLATFORM-SHELFMGR-6-NODE_STATE_CHANGE: 0/1/1 UNKNOWN state: UNPOWERED

I have tried with two different linecard and I get the same error. Anyone have an idea how to fix this? it may well be that both linecards are defective

Do you have enough power ?

do you have any spare other slot to try ?

Here is the output from *show platform* and *show hw module fpd location
all. * The problem is the linecard which is in slot 0/1/1

The show environment power-supply command does not exist on my ASR9010
router

the 8x10 is for mod160, not for mod80

mod80 supports 80G total, not in 1 slot
