Cisco ASR RSP Switchover Issue

The device is an ASR9010 with dual RSP 880, running image 

System image file is “disk0:asr9k-os-mbi-6.4.2.CSCvj93865-1.0.0/0x100305/mbiasr9k-

rsp3.vm”. The RSP is stuck in a "In-Reset" state.

 

This is may be Bug, which one showing this error - can you able to reload the one got effected and see if that works ?

Do you have a particular defect in mind?  My concern is the Cisco Special image the device is running.

not that i have in hand to give you

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

When a card is in-reset it means that the card reloaded/failed to boot too many times (5).
To get out of this state you can reload the card from exec prompt. Watch the syslogs this time and see why it fails to boot.
Typically this is a hw issue not sw, but it can be either.
