witch  comand allow copy this file from router !!!

make sure you have a tftp or ftp source interface configured

and that interface can ping the tftp or ftp server

copy harddisk:/showtech/filename.tar  ftp://user:password@1.2.3.4

copy harddisk:/showtech/filename.tar tftp://1.2.3.4/
